Atlantia É Ria is a musical fusion project, inspired by cultures bathed by the Atlantic Ocean. It is an innovative and avant-garde artistic journey by three leading musicians, based on their own musical traditions, belonging to the three continents that bathe this ocean.
Represents the sea as a crossroads of cultures and roads. Crossing rhythms (tangos, zortziko, bulerías, fandangos, kundere, tinga ...), melodies and harmonies that are intertwined, melted, reborn, as the basis for stories and legends.
The original compositions created for the project, as well as the original arrangements of themes of the three members, are the creative basis of this new proposal that will mean a new and original sound aesthetic of rhythms and timbres.
It is a newly created project that begins to take shape from past experiences and collaborations between these artists and that crystallizes throughout 2018, the year of its premiere.
