Danseuse dans Grenade takes us deeper into the world of dance, from instrumental music of the Renaissance, la Folia de España, Spanish folklore dances, to the contemporary creation for the guitar, where popular Spanish melodies are stylized and acquire a renewed appearance.
The recording took place in Manuel de Falla auditorium, in the setting of the Alhambra and Palace of Charles V and a few meters away from Carmen de la Antequeruela, the meeting place of cultural life in the times of Falla, which is still considered a cultural heritage today.

“Excelent interpretation, not only of my "Sonata del Guadalquivir", but of the entire programme in which her high artistic level is manifested. Her phrasing is very musical, elegant and fresh, with great respect of the form, which is of enormous importance in more elaborated pieces, and her technique is clean, without a trace of effort. As a whole it makes the listener breathe a polished musical air, uncommon among guitarists.” Angelo Gilardino
