Melón Jiménez has found inspiration in various locations in Madrid for the eight songs he delivers on his second album, after ‘El sonido de los colores’ (2019) where he paid tribute to the geniuses of painting through the guitar.
At different moments in his compositions the guitar is heard together with the instruments of the guests, the collaborations of the bassist Carles Benavent, with the percussionist El Piraña and the flute Lara Wong.
The Rondeña «Gato Montoya» is dedicated to the Madrid maestro Don Ramón Montoya.
